        waiting over 30 minutes for taxi to arrive with still no progress. Long wait times to get through to the receiver on the call. Not very professional and delayed my whole day as a result. Would not recommend.

        Had a taxi pre-booked for 9:20am this morning, they didn't show up. By the time an Uber turned up at 9:28 I had been waiting for someone at Taxi 4U to pick up the phone for 8 minutes.
