Brendan was extremely helpful in examining an issue picked up in a homebuyers survey (conducted by another company) After no luck getting replies from other Structural Engineers in the Brighton area, I attended the Howard McCall office in Brighton where Brendan was more than happy to help me. Brendan was stacked with work at the time, but was still happy to attend the property and turn around a report within 24 hours. This quick work allowed us to progress our property purchase in time to meet the stamp duty deadline, which saved us about 14k. Brendan was able to assess and explain the issue picked up in the survey in layman's terms which allowed us to understand what may need to be remediated in the future. I would definitely recommend Howard McCall and will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.
