I was in agony with back pain and could hardly walk when I met Tim for the first time. Within half an hour I could walk upright , by the second appointment 2 days later I could eat whilst sitting down and then last night I actually slept soundly . I cant recommend him highly enough , he got straight to the point , used acupuncture and gave sound advice whilst treating me as an emergency case . Forever grateful for your skill and knowledge regarding back injury , pain and physiology .

Hi, Im a Spanish studying in Brighton and I came to this place to treat my sciatica. Tim was the physio that helped me, and in just one sesin Im so much better. Im so happy with the results, and I would recommend anyone that have pain to come here.

Tim diagnosed my soft tissue issue very quickly and after the first session I was pain free and not limping, which was fantastic as I had been in discomfort for 6 weeks prior. Tim provided me with stretches to do and advice how to use trigger points to relieve any further discomfort and I am now back to playing sport. I booked a follow up after having a week of improvement and had some further treatment, which Im confident will alleviate the issue further. Highly recommended Tim and he will be the first person I contact if I need any further treatment.
