Jo Cork Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy

I cant recommend Jo Cork enough. I am a touring professional dancer and aerialist and I arrived to the treatment with many niggles and concerns. Jo is so knowledgeable about the body and is a highly experienced therapist. The session immediately relived many of my problems and I could feel it having long lasting effects days after the treatment session. Thank you Jo, I will be visiting again as soon as possible.

As an active person with a chronic lower back issue, I have been a regular client of Jo's for 5 months for rehab / soft tissue work. Whilst recovery / rehab requires many ingredients, there has been a noticeable improvement since I have attended Jo's clinic. I attribute this to Jo's consistent thoroughness, knowledge, attentiveness and professionalism at each of our appointments. In addition to the soft tissue work, Jo can provide strengthening and self care exercises, remedies and stretches that all help the recovery pprocess. I would highly recommend Jo to those who are looking to boost their rehab and recovery.

Jo is great! It's only been a few months since I started seeing her but I've felt a huge improvement since. Not only thanks to the massages but also her advices regarding complimentary exercises to do at home. Top marks.
