        Nina knows her stuff, she's professional and uses good pressure on those tight spots. After my first treatment I felt energised. The next day, my range of movement in my neck and shoulders had improved greatly. I would definitely recommend Nina to anyone who trains regularly.

        Have visited Nina a few times for sports injuries and walked away feeling so much better. You don't realise until afterward how much you really needed someone to get in and work those problem areas. Professional, effective and amazing value. Hard not to rate this 5 stars. Is an absolute bargain for what you receive and how it leaves you feeling both mentally and physically.
