I've had two postnatal massages with Phoebe - one at 8 weeks and one at 15 and they're brilliant. Phoebe tailors the massage to whatever area you need, relaxes you with mindful breath and makes the whole experience a much needed time out. I felt like a new woman after each of them :) I'll definitely be coming back for more, it's a wonderful way to reboot and refresh during those early crazy weeks with a young baby. A much needed nourishment for our hardworking bodies.

I have had the most wonderful pregnancy massages with Phoebe over the last few months! she really listened to where I needed more work on my body (hips & shoulders). I felt so relaxed during each appointment and have found my sleep improved massively. I have recommended her to all of my pregnant friends as have had such a lovely experience. I cant wait to book back in once my baby is here for postnatal massage :))

I had a c section scar massage with Hannah. She was professional and friendly and obviously passionate about postpartum care. She gave me such great advice about the pain I was experiencing which is much improved after one session. I would highly recommend a visit to her.
