After struggling for more than five years with pain due to a knee injury, Paul has restored me to a full range of pain-free movement. I honestly thought I would never be able to run like I used to, but with Paul's help my technique and stamina is better than ever before. He's a honest and funny person to spend an hour with, and the work we have done together has truly changed my life. Thank you so much Paul!

I can't recommend them enough. Paul was amazing and got me back on track in just a short space of time after years of living with pain in my neck and back.

Soooo good! Paul has fixed my lower back problem, which I'd had for 8-10 years, with practical advice, relevant exercises and a heap of encouragement. Paul has tons of knowledge and experience and puts them to good use so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

When i first went to see Paul I was struggling to walk and in a lot of discomfort including at night. I was sure that i must have sustained some injury when i had a fall whilst out walking some few months earler. Paul very quickly determined that the problem was purely muscular due to my altered way of walking whilst favouring the opposite knee i had fallen on. A programme of different exercises to strengthen the muscles and then encourage them to work together has resulted in such a huge improvement in my mobility and movement. All the way along Paul has explained what we are trying to achieve with each specific exercise and this knowledge and how to recognise when I am being over ambitious has really helped me to maintain progress and recover my mobility.
