After contacting several other solar installation companies, we decided to go with Leoht Solar, as they seemed the most efficient and reliable company. We were very impressed with Thomas Moyes and his team. The panels and equipment arrived a couple of days before the installation. Everything was fitted in one day and fully working the next day. Since the installation in the middle of December we have already noticed that our electricity bill is less. On sunny days even in the winter we can charge the car, charge the battery, run several applicances like the washing machine and dishwasher and heat the hot water tank. On cloudy days the panels still produce some power, which is enough to cover the basic electricity consumption. We are very happy with our solar panel installation and the way that Leoht Solar has handled everything. I have already recommended Leoht Solar to several other people.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end ! Having done extensive research prior to deciding to go forward with solar panels, and having experienced a couple of local installers with limited offering/ pre-defined setup, I decided to go with Leoht Thomas Moyes is passionate about solar and offered a lot of advice and provided multiple variations for my bespoke system, even taking into account panels colour request. Everything went as per plan and Leoht's installer, Kyle, was super friendly and did a superb job. Fitted a 9Kw setup + battery and now happily generating renewable energy. I recommend Leoht to anybody to go solar !

very happy with our new solar panels. Thomas is very knowledgeable and helpful from start to completion. Customer service does not stop after installation. Wed been thinking about installing solar panels even before Putin invaded Ukraine, but that event certainly was a catalyst for bringing these ideas forward. With UK energy prices set to double over 2 years and, if you can afford it, whats not to like about producing your own energy and when you dont need the excess energy produced, sell it to your energy supplier ? We approached several Solar PV suppliers but only one - Leoht - gave us the confidence we wanted. Thomas Moyes is knowledgeable and personable. We were put onto the list of applicants and an install timeframe of October 2022 was mooted, subject to supply availability. Supply turned out to be a major issue with cargo affected by all manner of issues including the strikes at Felixstowe. Then, in October Thomas informed us that supply was available for a new German/Korean system called Qcells rather than the Givenergy system that had been quoted. We jumped at the chance despite the increased cost. Installation was carried out by Kyle and Dan over 3 days in mid October with the battery and inverter installed and connected to the electricity supply in the garage. Thomas was on hand for much of the time as all were unfamiliar with the new Qcells system. The system started generating immediately and the handy Qcells app shows energy generation and battery load in real time as well as daily, monthly and annual generation. Clearly we will not derive the full benefit until winter is over but the energy created in October was heartwarming. I can thoroughly recommend Leoht and will be happy to discuss our experience and show off our installation with anyone planning to go down this route.
