I've bought a sofa from your shop. However I wanted a sofa to help my neck injury. I was recommended a sofa with neck support bought separately. But it has proven uncomfortable after an hour of sitting down on it in my home. The leg dimensions are wrong . It's very low down to. My guests found it to be uncomfortable to. I'm finding my new sofa is causing me to have back leg and more painful problems. Can you have it back I really am unhappy customer you collect it. as Ilow. And does not support me . suggestions to dhst you can do for me please before having to go to my doctor eith severe pain all over mh body. Yours distressed Ann got any

I have bought my sofa with George at the Hove store just after Christmas. The sofa arrived a month before the scheduled date. Whilst this is something most people would love and dream of, it was not practical for me as I was in between places and have ordered with the end date in mind. Customer service phoned to arrange the visit when I advised them about the date issue and that I couldnt take the sofa just now. Sofology only holds the sofa for a max of 7 days. I was desperate! I then phoned the Hove store and spoke to Sarah, the manager. Sarah has promptly and swiftly found a solution for me. She was kind, caring and understanding. The order was not set with an earliest delivery date as no one ever thought it would arrive a month earlier! Sarah and George have honoured their commitment with me and I couldnt be happier with their service and attention. Nicki from customer service was also a true gem! Thanks Sofology team, you have one happy loyal customer from now on!

Polly was so patient and helpful showing us our candidate sofas and making certain wed got the right one. Dont buy online go and try all the sofas you like, and let Polly and her incredibly helpful colleagues guide you.

DO NOT BUY. INCREDIBLY POOR AFTER-SALES SUPPORT - We received delivery of our Cordelia sofas in July 2022. Reported damage on the same day, and subsequently within a month had to also report that the fixed seat cushions felt limp, sloppy and we could feel the wooden frame underneath. Sofology rarely reply to emails and its difficult to speak to anyone in customer services. 6 months later the part arrived. Unfortunately when the engineer arrived he found Sofology ordered the wrong part. With regards to the sloppy cushions, he stated he would expect this of an old sofa, not a new one. No idea as to when this will be resolved. Official complaint raised. Not answered. We regret buying from this company.
