I met Tejal in January when I tried botox for time first time. I found Tejal to be warm, welcoming and highly knowledgeable. The results were excellent and I will be going for a top up in a couple of months time. In the meantime I have just had dermal filler on my nasolabial folds - once again the experience was 100 % positive. Im already delighted with the results and there is no swelling or discomfort. After noticing one side of my face was uneven after my Botox treatment I immediately contacted the clinic and was told to wait 7-10 days for the Botox to settle. I waited two weeks & said things had not settled and there was an obvious area that needed to be touched up or at the very least a face to face meeting. I was told once again to wait as nothing could be done. Three months later I complained and said I was incredibly unhappy & I was completely ignored. The treatment felt rushed & there was no looking at my frown lines or marking areas for treatment. I also feel that from the first treatment that I had there which was ok the last time the product appeared to be watered down as it did not last (which I have since heard lots of people saying that have been to her.) I was not going to write a review, but I feel its important for people to be aware that this company is not professional, there is no aftercare & she appears to just want to take your money. I have now found a wonderful place where they have rectified the mess that she made & they make me feel welcome & valued. I hope things improve as o honestly thought she was a nice woman.

Wonderful outcome from having Botox and a mole removal here. Very happy and Tejal is warm, welcoming and professional. Very reasonable prices too.
