Every six month service Ive had with them, theyve given me an advisory on all tyres. Even 6 months after fitting new ones. They listed 2500 worth of work that needed done, suggesting that it may be better for me to just sell them my car (at a time when used cars were in shortage). On my last visit, having contacted me at midday to confirm a screw in the tyre, they didnt do anything about this, as they didnt have a tyre in stock, so left it until I came to collect at 4pm to tell me. For a garage so obsessed about the state of my tyres, to have them tell me (ahead of a trip - two mums and two 4yos, that Id told them about) that Id be fine to just keep pumping it up with a screw in the tyre was disappointing to say the least. Needless to say a couple of hours later the tyre was entirely flat. DANGEROUS and money grabbing. A bit like an emergency vet, theyll charge you 180 for the inconvenience of having to *even look* at your car, before any work is done. AVOID.

I ordered a Cupra Born V2 eboost via Kevin Goodwin at Hendy SEAT, Sep 22. Kevin was very helpful and customer focused throughout the spec and order process. The multiple extended lead times coming through from SEAT in early 23 tested us both but Kevin and Hendy remained professional and committed to my needs throughout. Full marks from me and I would go back if the occasion arose.
