        Johnny assessed my job by text and photo arrived promptly when he said he would to do some maintenance on aerial cabling and was easy to deal with. Even when there was an issue with my satellite dish he had very little to do with the fault - he returned next day to sort out my problem with no hesitation and no additional charge great service very easy - which is what you want your trades folks to be ..kind, calm, considerate , helpful, polite and professional- this is Johnny
