Wow!! We visited Brighton to see a friend and decided to treat her to the taster menu here - the food was absolutely remarkable and every interaction with members of the team was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. We've been lucky to have eaten at a few Michelin starred restaurants and Etch is by far the best food and overall experience we've had and would be thoroughly deserving of a star in my opinion. Having Steven at the restaurant is great - hearing him explaining his own dishes and seeing his passion up close was great! Dippy egg was my favourite course...amazing! The wine pairing worked perfectly and introduced us to some new wines to try at home :-) Thanks for a fab evening

Wow!!
We visited Brighton to see a friend and decided to treat her to the taster menu here - the food was absolutely remarkable and every interaction with members of the team was attentive, professional and knowledgeable.
We've been lucky to have eaten at a few Michelin starred restaurants and Etch is by far the best food and overall experience we've had and would be thoroughly deserving of a star in my opinion.
Having Steven at the restaurant is great - hearing him explaining his own dishes and seeing his passion up close was great!
Dippy egg was my favourite course...amazing!
The wine pairing worked perfectly and introduced us to some new wines to try at home :-)
