Nice comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again. The Stirling Arms is also a nice vibrant pub. Nearby activities: Came to watch a cricket match and the ground was in easy walking distance. The location is excellent as close to the sea front and also very close to a good range of shops and restaurants.

Food service very bad ordered three sets of oysters got one delivered with one of each oyster type, asked if the steaks came with vegetables when ordering and was told they came with seasonal vegetables but arrived with none and was told that it depended on availability, one meal had to be sent back as it was overdone (asked for rare but arrived well done) beer was also not up to spec in my opinion. We won't be returning to this venue in a hurry.
