Bluegrass BBQ at New Unity

Lunchtime didn't seem like the best time to go, it was however our first time, so open to change that point of view. The kitchen wasn't ready and already had an hour wait for food at around midday due to kitchen issues not due to lots of customers. The food was nice though but our first choices were not available. The staff were apologetic and we appreciated the honesty overall. Parking: Be prepared to spend time looking for street parking, we found a spot on baker Street by chance and used 'paybyphone' Brighton is known for not being great at accommodating cars....busses preferred.

To be honest I've had better. I wanted to love it but it just wasn't so great. Burger and fries were on the cold side, bacon rubbery and pretty small. It tasted good but didn't wow me at all. Given the price it could have been much better. Fries should come out HOT, bacon crispy and someone should take the time to check in to see how it's going at the table. In Brighton now prices go UP but quality goes DOWN plus who wants to pay nearly 19 for 3 pints!
