        Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 start , i ve been sent to the wrong address and after Rebeca is not answering. Worst experience ever. I dont recommend this agency.

        As a candidate that has always been somewhat wary of recruiters on LinkedIn due to the stigma that surrounds them, I couldn't be happier that I took a chance on Nick Hughes and The Shore Group. From start to finish Nick has been personable, friendly, honest and transparent in all communications with myself. I couldn't praise a company or consultant more, over the period of just a week Nick matched me to a job opportunity, landed me an interview, and as of today called me with the great news that I have been successful and got the job! He is an asset to The Shore Group and I cannot thank him enough for his support during this time.

        I do not trust this agency as a candidate I would not recommend them to use when looking for jobs related to design and build. As from my experience they were not transparent and reasons given were not clear, that also did not add up to me and found them difficult to talk to.
