Ive been working here for almost 1 month now. & I absolutely love it. Initially, I didnt even know what job I was interviewing for, but my persistence and determination have helped me Ive never felt more in control about my own goals and future. Not only do they make you feel completely welcome once you join the team, but they also sit you down and talk about your finances, goals, interests etc. Which really gives you a good perspective on what the upcoming year could provide you. In my first week at AEI Prospects I made more money than I would make in a month at my previous jobs. Which is pretty mental.

I have been working here for about a year although I started with no experience I have learnt alot and developed a lot as a person as well. I would highly recommend this job to anyone who wants to get into sales but also is looking to develop skills that will prepare them for achievement later in life.

I had no sales experience before working at AEI. I have now been here for 2 months and have reached a level where I am confidently training new people and taking on more responsibilities. The atmosphere in the office is so supportive and the opportunities available are unlike anywhere else I've worked. The team took an interest in my goals and helped me plan my future accordingly to help me reach them. Working here has improved my confidence, communication skills and the state of my bank account more than any other entry level job would have. Looking forward to continuing to progress here both personally and professionally!
