Been with the agency for nearly half a year. What sets TP apart is that they always provide great care and consideration to your personal needs in the education sector. A big shout-out to Harry Ford who overlooks all my placements and has been incredibly supportive. Claire has been my main point of contact at Teaching Personnel and she has been absolutely amazing throughout! Quick, consistent and great communication from day one. I had some poor experiences in the past with other agencies, and was initially a little hesitant to sign up... however, the whole experience this time has been completely different and it feels transparent and honest. Claire talked me through the app and how to set my availability, and I haven't been short of work since. Coming from a nursery background, I was also feeling pessimistic about landing school-based roles. However, within just 1 week, I was working as a TA in a local Primary School. The role was perfect - so great in fact, I'm about to go permanent there in March! Thank you for everything, I couldn't have done it without you!
