The Better Half Pub

My husband and I had Sunday lunch which was a delicious roast. My husband had sirloin beef & I had the lamb. The portions were generous, especially the meat portions. We also shared a side of cauliflower cheese which was the best Ive ever had. The pub is lovely & cosy & the staff were welcoming & friendly throughout. We finished off the meal with apple & plum crumble & sticky toffee pudding. Both really yummy. The only criticism for me was that although delicious, the crumble was more of a sprinkle than a proper crumble topping.
