Brilliant pub and service. Had a family celebration and the food was excellent + service was just great. Highly recommend this pub. Definitely will be back. Thanks for making our celebration so special.

Lovely little pub. Sunday roast chicken was lovely, but Id expect more chicken for 19. Ive paid much less for a roast dinner and had twice as much chicken breast.

Came here for a Sunday lunch with family arriving at 14:30. Overall its a nice enough place, a little rough around the edges but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food overall was really good. The blue cheese croquettes were delicious as was the sausage roll and olives. The Sunday roast was very mixed. My Dad had the beef which was tough and chewy, when he fed back they just gave him a sharper knife lol. I had the pork which was well cooked and tasty. The veg was delicious but the roast potatoes really let it down. They were dry as a desert. Not enjoyable. Granted this was at 3pm but still, they should be good all through service. Personally, based on this experience I wouldnt rush back but it was far from a terrible experience. Give it a go and see what you think.
