If I could give 0 stars I would. Lauren had two couples sessions with me and my partner. She asked for individual sessions to get to know us in a one to one. Lauren got the time wrong for my session. I chalked this up to a one time mistake. Id paid for this session in advance. Lauren asked to reschedule the session. She mistook the time AGAIN but me managed to have the call. She then asked me to pay for the second session, even though the first session was paid for and was missed because of her being unorganised. When I refused as Id already paid she said she didnt want to work with my partner and I moving forward. This was after four sessions during a traumatic time in our relationship. Unprofessional, unorganised and a non empathetic therapist. Duty of care, pfffffffft

I've known Lauren for four years and in that time have witnessed her growth and development as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. She is a very warm, caring person and committed to helping people in any way that she can. Lauren works extremely hard in her private practice and is an extremely professional, competent therapist. For those reading this who may need some help and support in their personal life with regard to sexual or relationship issues, I can highly recommend Lauren.
