My previous review below has changed as the past year I've had increasingly more issues with the agency. The agency are good at communicating upcoming visits but are poor at controlling them. Upon a recent inspection the house was left open as where the doors to every room in the house which is ridiculous and was very stress inducing. Likewise after being told I would be refunded to my move out date they have changed their tone now that I have moved out. It is honestly extremely unprofessional and would not recommend the hassle, go for a more professional agency. Previous review: "The property manager and landlord is very responsive to requests and has done plenty to ensure the house is adequately maintained and kept up to date. They are very approachable, understanding, friendly and ensure the household is a good experience to live in."

Just a roof over your head. Dirty and poorly finished, poor management. Housemates were supposed to be professionals but I lived with several students. One of the worst places I've had to live in. state of room when I moved in was disgusting. Other housemates felt similarly. So glad to be out.

I had a great experience staying at one of their properties. Kat was very swift in resolving any issues during my stay and extremely helpful in arranging the documentation for the start and conclusion of the tenancy.
