Renewing our tenancy for a second year with a major reason being these guys are so good! It is such a change to have agents that really care about their tenants and the upkeep of their properties. I was a tenant with this company for a year (I was also a third year student). I would not recommend. Luckily our deposit was protected by TDS otherwise this company would of claimed a huge chunk of our deposit at the end of our tenancy!
