        Shockingly poor service. Regularly takes over a month to respond to issues. Some issues being ignored completely. No pro-active management of active flooding issue on the estate.

        Remus continue to have issues with their billing. Often slow to deal with issues and quite honestly I have zero faith that the firm is spending our (considerable) service fees efficiently and with due care. Please do better!
