Absolutely disgusted and appalled at how I was spoken to down the phone by Kathy from harper stone I was trying to tell her that the service charge bill previously sent to me was incorrect as I already made a payment which I wasnt given a receipt for until a month after. so I want to find out what the electrical fire safety service charge was as this was added to a previous invoice the week prior so I wanted to make 100% everything is correct before paying. I the invoice given had a due date which was for 11 days after receipt of the invoice in which is strange as its normally a 30 day invoice aHowever she kept interrupting me mid explanation and before I could finish explaining I was told to just pay the invoice by the due date and hung up on me

Sadly, one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Amateurism from start to finish.

If I could put zero stars I would. We chose to move to Harper Stone as it was a small independent business offering our small block a good management option rather then being swallowed up by bigger companies. The service was consistently poor, communication by phone or email was painfully slow, annual accounts were not completed or sent until we chased, tradespeople sent to the wrong buildings & still charged to us, incorrect & inconsistent billing, incorrect h&s advice given. When we decided to leave it took almost 9mths and still the final bills were wrong and therefore our returned bank balance questionable. I keep trying to unsubscribe from their mailing list and even that doesnt work! I would not recommend this company.

Sends me a bill quartly to tell me am in arrears of 3 months when its being charged in advance. Another words am up to date but they want to send an arrears bill for future payments! When did advance payments become arrears? What kind of contract law is this? The lease doesnt mention anything about paying in advance? As a leaseholder you have no say, the service charge goes up every year without any explanation. Its hard to see any repairs done and building seems poorly managed. What on Earth are they doing with all the Service charge money??
