so I want to find out what the electrical fire safety service charge was as this was added to a previous invoice the week prior so I wanted to make 100% everything is correct before paying. I the invoice given had a due date which was for 11 days after receipt of the invoice in which is strange as its normally a 30 day invoice aHowever she kept interrupting me mid explanation and before I could finish explaining I was told to just pay the invoice by the due date and hung up on me

Another words am up to date but they want to send an arrears bill for future payments!
When did advance payments become arrears?
What kind of contract law is this? The lease doesnt mention anything about paying in advance?
As a leaseholder you have no say, the service charge goes up every year without any explanation. Its hard to see any repairs done and building seems poorly managed.
What on Earth are they doing with all the Service charge money??
