As a landlord responsible for variable properties in the south with students who are easily disgruntled when things don't work properly I was very pleased with the quick quote and fast response from this company whilst I was away and one of my flats required attention. Would highly recommend and will be using again for future services.

Surely the most incompetent business in Hove! It took them nearly 4 weeks to cough up a quote for a new electrical shower which I confirmed and re-confirmed only for them to come out to do the instsllation, realise something was wrong, double the quote and confirm that nobody was anyway coming out before Christmas to install the now hideously expensive shower. This partly because the electrician who was meant to come out one last time called me last minute to cancel because his wife had just called him and reminded him he was taking the kids out, making it sound like he just couldn't be bothered. So after 5 weeks of cold water showers I faced Christmas with guests without a new shower, even though I contacted On Tap in November. You'd think in that time they could have let me know they weren't interested in my business so I could have gone somewhere else. Stuck on the 21 December I had no options.
