Formally known as Sussex Property Partnership. Do not use this business. They said all bills included then dumped the unpaid bills on six students five months into living at a property. Internet cut off, to let sign up. Students were led to believe bills included. They did not inform unihomes. No stars. I was told Becky was on holiday and then that she had left the business? They lie and are useless.

Do not go near this agency, pretty much all agencies in Brighton are awful so I'm sure it's not the worst one. BUT didn't fix anything after requesting, also the landlord tried to get an outrageous amount of our deposit, meaning after fighting we didn't get our deposit back till January after moving out in September. They need to pick better contractors and better landlords to work with.

Worst agency I ever dealt with as a tenant. Very difficult to get in contact with, taking weeks to answer to emails or not answering at all. House repairs left unfinished and requests ignored. Do not recommend.

I would avoid this estate agency like the plague. They handled my viewing incredibly unprofessionally, and they treated me like a second-class citizen. Kirsty and Becky were the worst and really need a course in customer service as well as basic etiquette.
