        I strongly advise against entrusting Jackson's to manage your property. The member of staff I dealt with was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Very stressful and unpleasant experience.

        This company keep allowing ServeCom vans to block the entire driveway. This has happened since the day we moved in, not once was the heating company asked to park on the street. I have hated living in a building run by this disgrace of a company.

        Friends daughter has a leak through the ceiling of her bedroom, causing danger as it running through the electrics, but also soaking the room causing damp and making it unlivable. The leak was reported 30 days ago- no alternative accommodation offered- no repairs done - no one helping. Shes a student & has had to pay herself to check into a travel lodge - to stay safe & actually get a nights sleep. This is making her really Ill and fall behind on her studies. Shame on you Jacksons!
