Kamila from Smarter PM was fantastic through all of the stages of our 3-month tenancy that she managed. Any problems that we had were immediately responded to and appropriate actions taken. We saw Kamila regularly and she ensured that our apartment was cleaned to a very high standard and that everything was working properly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and her dedication to customer service is first class and she ensured that our rented accommodation experience was totally delightful.
