        Giving 1 star for the Philippine lady from Ace who was covering post office next door at some point and was very arrogant and rude to me due to the address being written not just in English but in Russian language too( helps courier in Russia). She acted funny about Russian language and also had not arranged the parcel properly. Therefore my dad never received his birthday present (and was really looking forward to get it) and the parcel came back to UK. I had to rearrange a second delivery and pay again. Also using different post office now.

        This place has come under new ownership very recently and is now a Post Office Ill gladly use going forward. The new team are friendly and helpful, always glad to see you
