Woodland Parade Post Office

Appalling service here. I was furious after I visited earlier, to try and send an Amazon return. This is the second time I have experienced awful service here. The staff are rude and unhelpful and simply don't seem to care about their customers. They shout to try and make themselves understood and this comes across as aggressive. They definitely need some customer service training and a better attitude and layout of their store to make it easier for their customers to be able to carry out a simple task. Unfortunately, it's not possible to select no stars.

A great resource to have locally and always efficient service. Though note whilst the shops open to 1800 on a Saturday the Post office part shuts at 1400

Iv been going for a while and I find the service to be good, if Im honest and its good to have this post office in the area. Really handy, so Im happy.

Man at post office counter was super helpful and friendly. Would absolutely use again.

Staff are friendly and so helpful. Easily the best post office I have used since starting my business 7 years ago - post approx 20 items a day and had no issues. 5 stars service
