        Went today for a digital passport application they advertise on their website. Queued for 20 minutes to be told: oh the tablet for passports is being used for another customer you have to come back in 1/2 hour they have 1 tablet for the whole of the main post office in Brighton

        Seems like in the last month theyve fired all the staff and stopped operatiny the self service machines too. The few staff that work there are really nice but over stretched and busy, queues always bare long
