        No post to our house in three weeks. Only way to get post on to collect from delivery office, poor opening times have restricted us doing this, have missed important letters from the bank. Unhappy that the excuse royal mail have given for 2 weeks is staff illness.....surely the whole deliverteam can't have all been off sick for three weeks?

        What a fantastic service at Boundary Road Sorting Office this morning. The staff were so helpful and assisted me no end to sort out sending back some parcels. A rare find these days... Thank You. Your help was much appreciated .
