Avoid going in here at all costs. Staff are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I had to wait in the post office line for 30 just to top up my gas which could have been achieved in 2 minutes at the front desk. After waiting in line I explained how unfair and impractical that was, she yelled and told me to go somewhere else next time. My second time going in I was wanted to verify my ID, even though I had all 3 documents they refused to verify unless I had photocopies?? Again she was rolling her eyes and had no empathy for my situation. I always leave that place feeling frustrated and disrespected. avoid avoid avoid.

Not quite sure whats happening in this branch, I have used Royal Mail for years and they have always been reliable, and I have never had a problem with missing parcels - I have shipped over 30 signed for large letters at the London road branch and have had 13 go missing? This is very frustrating as I dont seem to have this problem with the other local branches, dont know if this is to do with in store organisation or something else.. personally wouldnt recommend this branch, use the islingword road one instead
