We needed a new combi boiler to be installed urgently after the old one broke down in December. We contacted this guy after being misled by reading the reviews.When installing the boiler he broke a piece off a radiator which caused it to leak and also damaged our laminate flooring which was newly laid and we specifically asked him to be careful for that reason. About a week afterthe boiler was installed it stopped working and we had to call Vaillant, they sent us an engineer which was concerned aboutthe work not meeting regulations. The system was not cleaned properly andthe condensate pipe was installed incorrectly, on top of that he didnt even give us the logbook which is essential for the warranty. We contacted him again and he lied about the installation being different because of Glow Worm standards when actually he just didnt have the right part and came to install the boiler regardless. The condensate pipe started leaking not long after, and he had to come back to install the joint which was supposed to be done in the first place. While I was checking how he worked on the pipework outside the apartment, he broke another piece of laminateand walked out without telling me that he had completed the job. Just an absolute shameful service. Luckily, we managed to knock off some money from the amount requested which we will use to fix the damage caused. Service: Heating system installation
