Poor work - we had water coming through the ceiling as a result of his work during a project.
Charged to put right his own poor work.
Completely unreliable, never shows up when supposed to.
Contemptuous attitude - doesn't communicate and always makes sure you know that he's got better things to do and that he's doing you a favour.
Does invoice very promptly though!
