247 Drainage UK

Ive emailed this company following a very poor assessment of my saniflo toilet problems and they tried to say it needed replacing at a cost of over 900. After a qualified saniflo engineer subsequently looked at it, he confirmed this was outrageous and it merely needed a new condenser. Total cost 140. Mark from 247 drainageuk confirms on his website he has saniflo experts and this was whom he told me would be sent out, but the plumber he sent didnt have a clue and charged me 145 call out, fixed nothing and gave me false information. Ive tried to contact 247 drainageuk but they refuse to answer me.

Were supposed to turn up between 14:00-16:00 to investigate the problem - they didn't bother. Emailed them the following day - didn't hear from them. Save yourself some time and avoid this company.

Money down the drain. The fee for a simple drainage job was outrageous. Get quotes from elsewhere before using this company. The only positive thing I have to say was the employee who attended to our job was friendly and arrived within 3hrs of the call.

The plumber who was sent to un-clog our drain was a nice bloke but the quote that his boss supplied left a foul smell in the air. The job was very overpriced. Only use this company if you need a plumber absolutely urgently, as to be fair they did come and do the work on the same day.
