Purely Pilates Studio

Purely pilates is an amazing studio with wonderful teachers. I am taking reformer class a week due to a busier schedule now, but I have done mat, studio and online classes (during lockdowns/covid) along the years. I can't recommend the studio enough. I had the occasion to train with different teachers and they all are fantastic, very caring, knowledgeable and have a good eye to spot when something is wrong with our body and how to make you fonction better. They have aa hollistic approach. I have even followed my mat classes online during my holidays. If you are considering to get into Pilates, this is the place to go

The tuition is to such a high standard both in the studio and on zoom. I feel so much stronger and have far less upper back and shoulder pain since I have been doing Pilates. Purely Pilates staff are all friendly, professional and helpful
