        I have been going to Claire's Intermediate/Advanced classes now for over a year and I love them! I searched a long time to find a Pilates instructor who focused on technique but who also made the classes appropriately challenging and enjoyable - I think that she gets the balance just right.

        Ive been to quite a few different places in Brighton and Hove for Pilates. Claire offers a varied and different session every week catered for the class and to you. The facilities are the best Ive seen. Ive also attended the Bespoke reformer sessions which are awesome. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.

        I've been going to pilates here for a number of years. The classes are small so everyone gets individual attention. Clare is a great teacher! She is extremely professional and experienced and ensures none of us do exercises that are unsuitable for our particular needs. The classes are different each week so there's no chance of getting bored!. I've been to a number of other Pilates classes and I think the is the best!
