        I had a sports massage, Niki was amazing, she asked about the pressure, and got it perfectly!! She really got into the painful areas and realeased my tension, she was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back!!

        I have been taking Pilates classes with Niki for over two years in person and via zoom. She is brilliant. I came to Pilates late in life to help a back injury and it has improved immeasurably. Also recently I had a problem with my piriformis muscle and Niki put together a targeted exercise plan I could do daily which improved the condition within a month. Highly recommend her classes and a lovely genuine person.

        Nikki is outstanding. I have two compression fractures in my spine so I'm VERY picky about who I see for massage/ treatments. And I'm very glad I found Nikki. Not only is she a lovely person, she's an outstanding masseuse! I highly recommend her.
