We had a great experience and got some really lovely family photos. Ruthys communication was great throughout the whole process and she really made us feel at ease (including our 9 month old) on the day. We would definitely use Ruthy again!

Ruthy did a shoot of our family. She immediately made us all feel comfortable and at ease, and struck up an amazing playful relationship with our 1 year old and 4 year old. This really got the best out of them, our 4 year old normally refuses to pose for photos, but she absolutely loved the photo shoot as we were all playing together. Together we picked the perfect location for weather and for the kids to be able to run around freely, Ruthy really captured us as a family, and the photos completely surpassed our expectations. We really loved her natural way of shooting which really captured our family. We had such a memorable day together. Ruthy was really helpful, and accommodating around naps etc, which made it so less stressful, and incredibly professional and resonably priced. We cannot recommend her enough! Laura and Henry

Had the most fantastic photography experience with Ruthy on the beach. She was so friendly and made us all feel at ease. Her directing was brilliant and we have got a lovely selection of photos with different backdrops. She always had new ideas for getting the most out of our shoot. Thank you!

Ruth is an incredibly talented photographer, she has photographed a number of significant moments for me and I treasure every beautiful photo! She has also handmade numerous brilliant, well-made gifts for me and my family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a photographer or someone to make them something unique.

Ruth was booked by our theatre company Flock Theatre Makers to document our outdoor show in October of 2021. Out of the whole run, we could not have picked a worse day to have her come and shoot: grey and overcast and such torrential rain predicted that our outdoor piece had gone under cover in a stretch tent but without any lighting set up. We were absolutely blown away with the quality of the images Ruth managed to capture and deliver to us and what she managed to achieve in such poor conditions. The photos are a wonderful record of the event capturing the performance but also the interaction and participation of our audience. She took the brief perfectly and gave us even more than we asked for. The turn around was fast and the breadth of image left us spoilt for choice when selecting our favourite shots to use for promotional material. She has a wonderful eye and an amazing instinct for where the right moment is about to arise. We are thrilled with the images and will be using her again at the first opportunity.
