Apix Wedding Photography

We saw Tristans advert in a wedding magazine and looked at the amazing photographs on his website. His photos seemed to convey an impression of the mood and tone of the environment, and that was something we were looking for. Once we found out he was a fellow surfer we didnt want anyone else to photograph our wedding. Tristan helped us relax in front of the camera by shooting an engagement shoot. He was chilled, calm and had a great sense of humour, so fitted with our personalities very well. This really helps when your photographer is with you for so much of your wedding day - you need a photographer that you get on with, and with Tristan we had just that. His photography is second to none. We looked at many photographers but we didnt see any photos that could compare to Tristans. His creativity and ideas for photos brought out some of the best shots of our wedding. He waited for the sun to set and took us into the field for the most amazing sunset wedding shots. He really captured, not only fantastic photos of everyone, but he captured the wedding atmosphere. We whole heartily recommend Tristan as your wedding photography, not only will you get the best wedding photos to treasure, youll have a laugh with a friend during your special day.

Tristan was recommended to us as a possible wedding photographer by our vicar. We are so glad we followed this through. Our first & only meeting before our wedding was actually over Skype as he was in Thailand.Tristan was so easy to talk to, even with a dodgy wiFi connection. On the day he put us completely at ease. We hardly knew he was there throughout the whole day. He was very organised and politely assertive for the formal group shots. We had some photos down on the beach and it was a lovely moment for my husband & I, which was wonderfully captured in the photos. We are so pleased with our photos and we highly recommend Tristan.

Tristan offered us a brilliant service in the run up to and on the day of our wedding. We loved the photos that we now have as an ongoing memory of the day and he really captured the whole atmosphere of the day. In planning our wedding we saw 4 different photographers. Tristan stood out from the rest, for a number of reasons. These included his own preparation, the packages being offered, an example of the albums, and on top of this his likeable personality. Planning for the wedding, including the details of the group shots and the obligatory plan B for British weather was very thorough. On the day itself, Tristan did an amazing job. He was discreet, but, at the same time, in control when needed for the group shots. We spent about an hour away from the wedding on the seafront taking photos. On top of these there were the usual ones of the bridal preparation, the ceremony, reception, the meal and speeches. The photos were a good mixture of candid and formal. They were of the highest quality and really captured the atmosphere of the day. In fact over 400 photos were taken, giving us a fantastic choice for the album. This leads us finally to the most important part, the album. From our initial meeting this is what we could see was going to stand Tristan apart from the rest and we were not disappointed. The quality of the final product was perfect, even including the presentation case it arrived in. The package we chose also included two smaller versions for the parents, that we would recommend, and a DVD. In case it isnt obvious, if you are looking for a wedding photographer, we would highly recommend Tristan.
