        Excellent customer service. My prescription was ready to collect and the Pharmacist took the time to come and discuss my medication and item owed due to no stock, which was out of their control. Such a lovely Pharmacy, fantastic staff, always so approachable and one of the best in Brighton&Hove.

        I am a heart patient. When I need something I need it NOW. These guys are terrific and free delivery and - you can get a quick answer on the phone! (More than can be said for some I've dealt with...) Five stars.

        There must be some polite and competent pharmacists at this location, but I have yet to meet them. Two of the pharmacists offer a superior and all-knowing manner for those customers who love being patronised. One of them also offers terrible advice for 4 year olds. When I called to ask why the remedy for my son went so horribly wrong, the pharmacist tried to blame the bad response firstly on me, then on the batch. ???? Will not be returning. Caveat emptor!
