        Worst pharmacy you will ever experience after 8 hours in A&E with my partner I went to collect his prescription however was very busy fine I understand so I paid and agreed to collect it the next morning . Return the next morning they have lost the prescription luckily I managed to noticed it in a draw apparently it was miss placed Im told to sit and wait for it to be ready ! Then the next customers prescription is missing no organisation here what so ever. I understand they get busy etc but the organisation would solve a lot of there problems. Wish A&E wouldnt make us use this one

        Extremely poor service! Waited for over 90 minutes to get a bottle of drops dispensed. Absolutely disorganised and chaotic. Pharmacists at the back have no clue what they are doing. The shame is from the eye hospital one can only go here! I hope the manager takes notice of this feedback and creates some system so please are served as per the ticket and not made to wait for hours! Pathetic!
