      • The Whole truth

        This has to be the worst case of customer service that I have ever experienced. Ignored me and served another customer even though it was blameworthy obvious I was next. Then when she did serve me, I was greeted with "what"? Is this the new boots experience being trained into staff these days. Absolutely shocking display of customer service. D. Long. You should hold your head in shame.

        OMG what an awful pharmacy - so rude - I have several health conditions so I need regular medication, I've needed urgent medication which they have said I couldn't have as other things on the prescription were not available & they couldn't give me part of the prescription that I needed as I had run out. AVOID

        Really pleased with the help from the team here with my medication. One store didnt have my medication which is urgent to me daily. And this store was able to help with the 111 service and were very reassuring, organised and calm.
