Staying in Hove I was unable to see my Dentist in Portsmouth due to leave Dental receptionist Emma arranged for a prescripton to be sent to the Well Pharmacy by email D saved the day and I was able to collect and start treatment straight away. Thank you .Thank

I booked a Covid booster through the NHS website, turned up for it and got an "oh, we've cancelled all of our appointments for today, sorry". I was a bit annoyed and asked why there has been no text or email telling me about the cancellation all I got was a shrug and a "it's up to the NHS to tell you". The assistant also told me that from next week they would not be doing any vaccinations, and yet at the moment the NHS website still has them down as my nearest place to get one done. Useless. Avoid

Awful pharmacy with very unhelpful staff. Took a prescription in from dentist which had details missing so they said they would call the dentist to sort out. Went back in a few days later and they hadnt contacted the dentist at all! The pharmacist seems to have a chip on his shoulder and is very rude. Have had other issues with this pharmacy so I wont be going back.

Rubbish service Flu vaccine was cancelled twice. I were given an appointment after one month after the first cancellation and cancelled again. I am going away next week and I planned the vaccine accordingly. Got the cancellation text less than 24 hours of the appointment Poor service
