Osbon Pharmacy

The owner, Daniel Osbon, verbally abused me, angrily shouting at me to "shut up" and "stop talking rubbish" (which made me cry) because neither he nor the 3 other staff members (who all stood there like stunned mullets as this unfolded) could not tell me what was happening with an overdue repeat prescription that I really needed there and then, and which they'd told me the previous day would be ready. I've often wondered why the atmosphere is like a funeral home whenever I go in there. I guess now I know!

I have been using different pharmacy before coming to this as thought this is closer to me, never again, I am picking up my prescription and changing the pharmacy as I called and a woman answered who is very rude, making comments and attitudes over the phone calling me in a different way a liar, I asked to speak to someone else and she ignored that so I asked again so she passed me to someone else but whilst she was passing the phone I could hear everything she saying to the other person that I am rude, aggressive and she kept saying things not even true then when I got passed to the other person when I tried to explain everything and what I heard as well he was not interested, anyway I knew now my prescription is ready and its the last time. Dont make this mistake and go to this pharmacy.

Two ladies working there very nice and friendly but recently two new male started work not nice and friendly at all they behaved stop me go there l am gonna change my pharmacy to another

Signed up to these guys on Tuesday, prescription back to them on Thursday, collected by me on Friday! Everybody friendly and welcoming. A+++ service, keep up the good work. Highly recommend.
