The antibiotic medication was ready after 24 hours and dispensed to us correctly.
However, we would suggest the person behind the counter, in this case a white male, take note of maintaining basic norms of acceptable if not polite behaviour.
We presented as a couple and the person behind the counter not once acknowledged both of us or made eye contact, brazenly and repeatedly ignoring one of us.
Acceptable behaviour to us is acknowledging both whilst maybe proceeding to deal with the name behind the prescription. Does that take so much brain power to grasp?
To those idiotic enough to suggest that this might be due to overworked or overstressed staff, may we suggest it takes the exact same amount of effort to be polite as to be rude.
Needless to say, we shall not use this pharmacy again.
