        They are super sweet, the pharmacy doctor is understanding and non-judgemental. You expect to be waiting on the phone for a long time, but 9 times out of 10 they pick up the phone immediately. Great customer service!!

        Such a friendly and professional service from everyone who works here. I had an issue with an item out of stock at a boots pharmacy which was still not remedied after one month. In contrast Ross pharmacy dealt with the problem straight away and I had my medicine same day-a well deserved five stars Thankyou x

        Excellent pharmacy - believe the reviews. As others say a really caring and non-judgemental team. Dominic will always do his best to work out a solution with the shortages and other hurdles! Will not be retuning to my previous bigger chain pharmacy after giving them a go on a shortage related medication hunt
