Very rude people acting like they own the place most of the time you have to go twice to get your medications because apparently their warehouse its up north somewhere very bad costumer service I finally changed pharmacy had enough of them.

I was reticent about booking my Covid booster here after reading all the bad reviews. Sadly, I received an email a few days before my appointment saying it was cancelled. No explanation. I won't bother booking here again.

I usually avoid this pharmacy because of the rude staff and complete lack of masks in such a tiny space. And yet, made the mistake of booking my Covid vaccine there because it's convenient. After a long wait, they cancelled the appointment. Made another appointment, waited again, just to have my second appointment cancelled again. I fail to understand what's the criteria used to cancel appointments, as I enquired, and some get their jabs, others get cancellations, why the discrimination? I feel I was refused treatment. Twice. If you are incapable of providing a service with minimal standards, don't accept appointments. You made me waste my time, I could have my jab long ago somewhere else. Formal complaint on the way.
